| Complementary | |
| The 16th member of a group will be granted complementary
on a half twin basis. |
|
| Rates and Payment | |
| Rates quoted in US$ are nett and non-commissionable. They
are also subject to change without prior notice due to major circumstances.
Full payment of services shall be received at least 15 days prior to commencement
of services. OR cash on arrival on exclusive agreement. Payment can be made
by telegraphic transfer to following address and details: Myanmar Investment and Commercial Bank 526/532, Merchant street, Yangon. Myanmar. Telex 21244 MICBBK BM: stating A/C FS-10-173.Q A bank copy of transfer order must be sent by fax or email to our office in Yangon. We do not accept all payments by credit cards or cheques. Service shall not be given unless remittance reaches us prior to the arrival of the clients. |

| Refund | |
| After commencement of travels no refund either in full or in part will be given for services included in the program and not utilised by the clients. | |
| Cancellation | |
| Cancellation charges are calculated from the day written notification
is received. Cancellation fees are as follow: 15 days prior to arrival 10% 14-7 days prior to arrival 30% Less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% minimum. |

| Liability | |
| Interconnection Travels will organised the tour of its best
as per agreement in the contract taking all responsibilities for safety
and liability. However Interconnection travel cannot take responsibility
for lost, Personal injury or damage during the tour, Interconnection Travels
will take care of every corner of assistance as much as we can, to avoid
and cover this damages. Interconnection Travels cannot be responsible unforeseen circumstances (Such as changes in airline schedules, war risk, natural disaster etc:). Additional cost due to these circumstances shall be borne by the client(s). |
