Day-01: Yangon Arrival (L/D)
Arrival at Yangon. After lunch, start the city
tour with downtown Yangon in its faded colonial atmosphere. Visit
the Sule Pagoda of over 2000 years ago; and Chaukhtatgyi pagoda’s
70km long reclining Buddha. Evening finish the tour with a visit
to the Shwedagon pagoda with its golden stupa covered with 80 tons
of pure gold leaf. Overnight in Yangon.
Day-02: Yangon-Bagan (B/L/D)
After breakfast, fly to Bagan. Take a stroll through
the colorful local market before continuing morning sightseeing:
features the colorful Nyaung Oo market, the Shwezigon pagoda and
its magnificent golden stupa, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukgyi, a cave temple
with exquisite jetakas murals paintings and the elegant Htilominlo
temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone
decorations. After lunch, continue with a visit to Ananda, an architectural
masterpiece of the early - style temple with four impressive standing
Buddha images, Ananda Okkyaung, one of the few surviving brick monestries
from the early Bagan period and Thatbyinnyu the highest temple in
Bagan rising to 81 meters. End the day at Bupaya Pagoda to watch
the sunset over the famous Ayeyarwaddy River. Overnight in old Bagan.
Day-03: Bagan-Mandalay (B/L/D)
Early in the morning, visit the old temples with
a traditional horse cart passing by the Sulamani temple and the
massive Dhammayangyi temple noted for its remarkable brickwork.
After breakfast, continue the visit to one of Myanmar’s most
treasured handicrafts, a lacqureware craftsmen’s workshop
in nearby Myinkaba village. In the late morning, start the journey
of 255 km by road (7 hours) to Mandalay through varied agricultural
landscapes and villages. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day-04: Mandalay (B/L/D)
After breakfast, excursion to Amarapura, 15 km
from Mandalay to visit Mahagandayon Monastery where more than a
thousand monks live and study. Continue to 200-year-old U Bein teak
bridge. In the late morning, experience the sights of Mandalay starting
with one of the most revered religious monuments in Myanmar, the
Mahamuni Pagoda.
After lunch, continue the visit of Mandalay including
the Shwe Nan Daw Monestery, a superb example of a traditonal wooden
building and Kuthodaw Pagoda the world’s largest book, made
of marble. Evening, visit a traditional hand-woven silk workshop
as well as a kalaga tapestries craftsmen’s shop before proceeding
to Mandalay Hill for sunset. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day-05: Mandalay-Heho (B/L/D)
Morning, fly to Heho, and proceed by road to Pindaya
(65 km - 1 1/2 hour). Visit Pindaya Caves, a unique sites housing
thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrams over the centuries.
After lunch, drive to Nyaung Shwe (95 km - 2 1/2 hours) and proceed
to the jetty to board a traditional long-tall SICorized boat for
a brief sightseeing tour of the lake. The lake is famous for its
leg-rowing fishermen and floating gardens, built up from strips
of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo
poles. Overnight at the hotel in Nyaung Shwe or on Inle Lake.
Day-06: Inle (B/L/D)
After breakfast, start a full day excursion by
boat on Inle Lake includingg sights of the famous leg rowers, typical
floating gardens, local methods of fishing and village life and
magnificant scenery. Visit one of the local markets which are held
every 5 days in each village on Inle Lake. In the late morning,
continue the excursion to Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, the weaving village
of Inpawkhon and the jumping cat monastery. Overnight at the hotel
in Nyaung Shwe or on Inle Lake.
Day-07: Heho-Yangon (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer by boat to Nyaung Shwe
and continue to Heho airport by road (25km -1 hour). Afternoon,
visit the National Museum to admire the 8 metre high Golden Lion
Throne as well as the Mandalay Royal Regalia. Dinner at Karaweik
Palace Restaurant with cultural show. Overnight in Yangon.
Day-08: Yangon Departure (B)
After breakfast, the rest of the day is at leisure
for relaxing, shopping or sightseeing until the departure transfer
to the airport.

What
to Bring: Light clothes, slippers (please note
that your have to take off your shoes at all the pagodas
and temples in Myanmar when you enter the compound) and
the medicines that you usually take for your health .
Visa Requirement: A Valid visa is required
to enter Myanmar for all the nationalities. Visa can be
apply at the Myanmar Embassies in abroad. All the tourist
visas are valid for 28 days and cost avrage of USD 20. Passports
must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of
departure from Myanmar. Pre-arranged visa on arrival could
be arranged by & take 14 working days to get the approvial.
Once we get the approval, we will send the copy by fax to
clients as well as to the airline ground office to able
for the client to get boarding pass. The visa fee is USD
20. For the latest development on visa application, government
has now introducing eVisa where you can apply visa online
and the visa fee is USD 30. for more information about eVisa,
